Behind the
production brief.

Activewear projects become clearer when the garment, branding and quantity decisions are kept together. Explore two documented planning cases from Aeriwear’s order records.

These anonymized cases describe production specifications. Catalog images introduce the product categories; they are not photographs of the orders.

Studio order · Production planning

One mixed order.
Many individual decisions.

A 303-piece work order brought apparel and accessories into one plan. Logo color and placement were specified by style, with some items explicitly carrying no external logo.

The case follows the detail that a headline order quantity cannot explain: which garments receive branding, which colors require a different logo, and how the instructions stay connected to each line.

Brand order · Production planning

The garment,
the tag and the pack.

A 42-piece brief combined shorts and children’s hoodies with hang-tag and packaging-bag changes. Read how separate specifications keep the garment and its presentation aligned.

Use these records to identify the details you need to supply for your own order. The quantities and specifications belong to these projects and do not set the availability, minimums or terms of another order.

For your first range, begin with product links and the exact style, color, size and quantity breakdown. Identify logo dimensions and placement separately for every garment. List labels, tags and packaging individually so that their scope and quantities can be checked.

For new development, use a technical specification and confirm the sample needed to review it. Keep the accepted artwork and product versions together before production approval.
