Product and construction
Identify the category, intended use, silhouette, front and back views, seams, panels, coverage, pockets, support details and closures. Mark references to show which feature you want to keep or change. An inspiration image needs annotations to become a useful instruction.
Materials and trims — BOM
List the main fabric, lining, elastic, cups, zippers and other components. Record composition, weight where available, color and physical references. Separate a confirmed material from a requested direction that still needs sourcing and sample review.
Measurements — POM
Name each point of measure and its location. State the reference size, unit, measuring method, proposed size range and grading requirements. Confirm product-specific tolerances. Attach marked measuring images so both teams are discussing the same points.
Branding and packing
Connect the logo to its garment, finished width and height, position, artwork color and file version. List labels, hang tags, product identifiers and packaging separately, including exact wording and component quantities.
