Plan the next batch

Your next batch,
built on the last.

A previous order is a useful reference for your next collection. Send the original garment and artwork details alongside the new quantity breakdown so current availability, materials, branding and delivery can be reviewed.

The same product reference is a starting point. Current options and order terms still need confirmation.

Bring the previous order into one record

Identify the original product links or SKUs, accepted sample, measurements and artwork versions. Include the color and size quantities you want now, rather than only asking for the same order again. If a top and bottom form a set, list both components and their pairing or packing requirements.

Tell us what you want to repeat and what you want to change. A new color, revised label, different logo size or updated receiving address can change the scope. The clearer that difference is, the easier it is to review the next order accurately.

Separate repeat references from current confirmations

Useful previous references

The garment identity, accepted sample, measuring method, artwork files, logo dimensions and location, label wording and approved presentation.

Confirm for this order

Current style, color and size availability; material or construction changes; quantities; branding compatibility; accessory balances; quotation; production stages and delivery arrangements.

Stock replenishment and repeat development

For a ready-stock reorder, ask for the current availability of the exact style, colors and sizes. Selected ready-stock logo orders may start from 10 pieces, subject to the current product and application requirements. A previous mixed order does not guarantee the same mix is available later.

For a repeat custom garment, reconnect the order with the approved technical file and physical reference. Confirm the material, colors, trims and construction proposed for the new batch. Revisit the sample or other approval work if a detail changes, and review minimum quantities against the new scope.

Review color and substitutions deliberately

Keep the accepted physical color reference where color matching matters. Ask whether the same material and color are proposed, and agree how a new sample or batch will be compared. Product names and photographs alone are not a complete color specification.

If the original style or option is unavailable, review a replacement as a new product choice. Compare fit, measurements, material, construction and the proposed logo application. Do not approve it solely because the name or silhouette looks similar.

Check labels and packaging before relying on them

Approved artwork can serve as a starting reference, but wording and product-code mapping still need checking for the new order. Where materials remain from earlier work, confirm the item identity, quantity, condition, storage and handling arrangements before including them in a replenishment plan.

Quote additional labels, tags or printed packaging separately. The garment quantity does not automatically establish the minimum or price for every accessory. Confirm whether unchanged artwork can be reused and whether any new preparation or application work is required.

Reorder questions

Is the previous price or lead time automatically repeated?

Request a current quotation and stage-by-stage timing for the new quantity, availability, branding and destination.

Can I use remaining labels for a different garment?

Ask for a compatibility and wording review, and confirm the available material balance and application scope first.
