A studio order,
planned style by style.
A 303-piece mixed order shows why garment selection, quantity and logo instructions need to travel together through the production brief.

Start with the
whole assortment.
The production work order covered apparel and accessories across multiple styles. Its total was 303 pieces, including sports bras, leggings, tops, menswear, towels, socks and an outerwear item.
That total did not describe one repeated logo treatment. Some items had specific external branding instructions, while others were recorded without an external logo. The assortment had to remain readable at line-item level.
Connect every logo
to a garment and color.
The plan specified logo colors and positions by style, including black, white and brown applications and positions such as the back waistband or upper back. A requirement attached to one garment could not simply be carried across the range.
Keeping the garment color, size breakdown, quantity and logo instruction in the same record made the intended application explicit. When a selection changes, its branding reference needs to be reviewed with it.
Read the brief
as a set of decisions.
- Which garment?Retain the style reference, selected color and size quantities.
- Which branding?State whether an external logo is required, then identify its artwork color, dimensions and placement.
- Which approval?Connect the accepted instructions to the corresponding product reference and the version being approved.
What this record
helps a studio plan.
A mixed collection needs a consistent identity without assuming that every item must be branded in the same way. The useful question is how each piece will be used: by an instructor, as member merchandise or as an accessory in the wider range.
For your order, send a row for each product, color and size combination. Identify top-and-bottom pairings separately, and list any labels or packaging you need beyond the garment. Ask how the pieces are counted before relying on the headline minimum.
Use a physical sample where you need to inspect fit, material or the actual logo finish. A digital placement reference supports discussion, while sample and production approval remain separate decisions.
Bring your product list together.
Share selected styles, colors, sizes and quantities, with the logo instructions for each garment. Include your destination and the sample details you want to review.
