Return & Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other non-quality-related reasons.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange (Quality Issues Only)

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during production or shipping

  • Incorrect item received (not matching your confirmed order)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.

How to Report an Issue

To request a return or exchange, please email us at supprt@aeriwear.com within 10 business days and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies.

Return Process (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will remake or replace the item based on the original confirmed order details.

Refunds (Quality Issues Only)

If a refund is approved, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item (or after verifying the issue, if a return is not required).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at supprt@aeriwear.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (except for verified quality issues)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Requests submitted after 10 business days from delivery
