From approved brief to packed order
Check the details.
Approve the garment.
Connect the garment, measurements, artwork and packing instructions to one approved reference. Aeriwear checks logo placement, stitching, sizing, visible fabric defects, packaging and product consistency before shipping.

Begin with an identifiable reference
An inspection needs a clear comparison. Identify the accepted sample or catalog garment, material and color reference, measurements, logo version and quantity breakdown. If an order contains several styles, keep these details attached to each style rather than using one general approval for the collection.
For development work, make the physical sample and technical file agree before bulk production. Combine feedback from all reviewers into one revision record. Open questions about fit, construction or branding should stay visible until they are resolved.
What the order review covers
-
Garment and fabric
Compare the selected style, color, visible material condition and construction details with the approved reference.
-
Measurements and sizing
Use the agreed measuring points and methods. Record the size checked and any product-specific tolerances confirmed for the order.
-
Stitching and finish
Review the seams, edges and relevant garment details against the accepted construction and sample.
-
Logo and labels
Check the actual artwork, dimensions, placement and label wording against the approved version.
-
Quantity and packing
Match style, color and size quantities with identification, bags, set pairings and carton instructions.
A visible check and a performance test answer different questions
A photograph can show appearance, construction and placement. It does not establish compression, opacity under every condition, colorfastness or a particular wash-life result. A digital logo proof confirms artwork and intended positioning; it does not replace a physical application sample.
If your product needs a specific performance evaluation, raise it in the product brief. Agree the property, method, sample, conditions, acceptance criteria, responsible party and required record before the work is confirmed. Do the same for any third-party inspection or report you request. The scope needs to relate to your actual garment and material.
Make a pre-shipment review useful
For custom orders, Aeriwear can provide photos or videos before shipment. Tell us which details need to be visible: a defined measuring point, the inside construction, a logo position, a label attachment or the packed assortment. Link the images to the style and version being reviewed.
Where a question remains, mark the relevant photograph and state the expected outcome. Confirm any agreed correction or additional review and its effect on timing. Keep requested dispatch dates separate from the approval of the product itself.
Prepare your review
Use this as your own preparation list, not an inspection certificate.

Questions to settle in your brief
Do all garments use the same measurement tolerance?
Confirm tolerances for the product and measuring method in your order. Do not assume one number applies to every fabric or style.
Can I request a particular test or third-party review?
Share the proposed method and scope before ordering so availability, responsibilities, charges and records can be discussed.
What if I find an issue after receiving the order?
Keep the product references, approved records and clear photos. Follow the reporting process and period in the published Refund Policy.
Define the checks for your product.
Send your product references, quantities, branding requirements and destination. We’ll help review the next step.
