Ready-stock + logo
Send product links and the quantity by color and size. The existing garment is the starting point; the quote also needs the proposed logo application.
Plan the whole order
Build the budget around the garments, branding and destination you actually need. A useful quotation separates the cost of the product from development, application, packing and delivery.
Garments. Branding. Packing. Delivery.
For selected ready-stock logo orders, Aeriwear can review a starting quantity of 10 pieces, subject to the garments, stock and branding requirements. A new fabric, pattern or construction needs a separate feasibility, sample and minimum-quantity review. Labels and packaging also need their own quantity and cost confirmation.
Send product links and the quantity by color and size. The existing garment is the starting point; the quote also needs the proposed logo application.
List every label, hang tag and packaging item separately, including artwork, quantity, preparation and application.
Describe the product specification and sampling work. Confirm the approved material, construction, branding and quantity before relying on a bulk price.
Product reference, color and size breakdown, number of pieces, unit price and currency.
The sample type, work included, revisions, dispatch and any written conditions for a later fee credit.
Artwork preparation, method, dimensions, locations and application quantity for each garment.
Separate minimums, printed versions, setup, application and any material balance left after the order.
The receiving address, packed quantity, weight or dimensions, quoted service and excluded charges.
Use one order sheet to connect each garment with its branding. Include the product link or technical file, color, size, quantity, logo file, finished dimensions and position. Add labels, tags and packing instructions, the destination country and your requested date. Clearly mark decisions that are still open.
A target budget can help frame the discussion, but it does not replace the product brief. If the first estimate needs adjusting, review the scope together: product choice, quantities, branding and delivery may offer different ways to plan the order.

Before comparing two prices, check that both include the same garments, artwork, materials and destination service. A unit price alone does not explain whether setup, accessories, sampling or final delivery are included. Note the quotation date, currency, validity and any assumptions about stock or packing.
Production and transport are separate stages. Ask which approvals and materials are needed before preparation begins, and confirm which dates are requested, estimated or agreed. Recheck the quote when quantities, artwork, packaging or the address change.
Send a style reference or specification first. Price depends on the garment, quantity, logo work, packaging and destination.
No. Quote each label, tag and packaging item separately, with its own quantity and charges.
Retain the accepted quotation, product and artwork versions, quantity breakdown, packing details and agreed milestones in one order record.
