Send the construction details in the tech pack
Mark every seam, panel, pocket, elastic, lining and trim. Add measurements and explain how the product should fit and move.
Panels and pockets
We confirm seam routes, pocket size and position, support layers and mixed fabric areas.
Brand and finish
We add the approved logo method, labels, hang tags and packaging after the garment details are confirmed.
The sample proves the pattern
Wear-test the sample for length, balance, coverage, pressure, movement and pocket access. Corrections are completed before the bulk production price is finalized.
Fabric is part of the construction
Nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, ribbed, brushed and heavier blends need different pattern reduction, seams and finishes. We confirm the material before approving the sample.

Send measurements, construction drawings, fabric requirements, colors, sizes, quantity and branding. - Sample
We make the pattern and physical sample, then revise it from the consolidated comments. - Bulk quote
After sample approval, we price the bulk order using the confirmed fabric, construction and quantity. - Production
We sew the bulk order, check construction and measurements, apply branding, pack it and prepare shipment.
