One process for the complete custom order
The approved sample and technical file define the product. The bulk price is prepared from the confirmed fabric, construction, branding and quantity.
Production begins only after the sample, price and order breakdown are approved.
01. Send the complete product specification
Include measurements, graded sizes, fit, coverage, support, pockets, seams and construction drawings in the tech pack.
02. Confirm fabric, color and trims
Specify fabric composition, weight, stretch, recovery, opacity, handfeel, colors, elastic, zippers, cups, lining and other trims.
03. Make and approve the sample
We make the sample from the confirmed file and materials. Send one comment list for revisions, then approve the physical garment before bulk pricing.
04. Confirm logo, labels and packaging
Approve the logo method and position, brand and care labels, hang tag, barcode, folding and packaging before bulk production.

We make the garment sample and revise the fit, fabric, construction and branding details.
Bulk quote
After sample approval, we price the confirmed product using the final quantity breakdown.
Production
We manufacture the bulk order, check measurements and construction, pack it and prepare shipment.
