Which changes turn a ready-stock order into custom development?
Changes to fabric, base color, fit, pattern or construction need development review. Adding a logo to an available garment follows the ready-stock route.
Can I start with ready-stock styles and develop original products later?
Yes. Treat them as separate projects. Keep the first order’s references, then reconfirm feasibility, samples, minimums and pricing for your original design.
How should I compare sample costs and approval steps?
Compare itemized sample scopes: existing garment, logo application or development. Check what each proves, plus preparation, revisions and delivery charges.
Do labels and packaging use the same minimum as the garments?
Not necessarily. Confirm quantities, artwork versions and charges for labels, hang tags and printed packaging separately, including how unused materials will be handled.
Plan your launch from sample to delivery.
Alongside your garment requirements, send a target receiving date, US ZIP code and the destination’s current instructions. Separate sample work, review, production and transport when discussing the schedule.
For a reorder, confirm availability and the approved material, artwork and garment versions again.
